The insurable interest must be verified in Mexico.
The beneficiary of the certificate must be the owner of the merchandise.
The logistics intermediary must be listed on the certificate as the representative of the beneficiary (Contracting Party).
Local trips outside of Mexico are excluded.
0% SVTE For claims occurring during maritime and air transits.
2% SVTE For other covered risks.
15% SVTE Theft, overturning, and refrigeration system failures.
For the 2% and 15% deductibles, a minimum of 450 USD will apply.
Note: In the case of a valid claim where more than 3 subcontracted carriers are involved, a 100% surcharge on the applicable deductible will be applied.
